What is a virtual race?

A virtual race is a running event that you do on your own time in the location of your choice. Once you register, you’ll need to finish the distance in any interval or pace within the completion timeframe designated for your Virtual Race. Afterwards, you’ll receive your runDisney Virtual Race medal in the mail.

You can register on our website during the designated on-sale time frames for the runDisney Virtual Series.

How will I receive my medal for a Virtual Race?

Please note this event is open to residents of the U.S. and U.S. Territories only, and medals may only be shipped to addresses within these regions.

Participants can expect to receive their medals in the mail following the event completion timeframe unless otherwise indicated. Medals will be shipped to the physical address submitted during the event registration process. Please note: Medals cannot be shipped to a PO Box or APO Box, and after 3 attempts to deliver participant medals to the address provided, no additional attempts will be made. All attempts to deliver medals for this event will conclude at the end of the calendar year in which the race took place.
