How do I sign my digital waiver?
  1. To sign your digital participant waiver and save time at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo, you will need to sign in to your MyDisney Account.
  2. Select “View & Sign Your Documents” in the “Important Reminders” section or select the appropriate race weekend from your registrations.
  3. Select “View Your Registration” and then select “Your Documents.” If you do not see your registration in your account, please refer to the “What if my race registration does not appear on my account” question on this page.
  4. Once you have read the complete waiver, agree to sign the waiver electronically and then type your full name. Please note, your name must match the name used during the time of registration.
  5. Once you have signed your waiver, you will have the option to download or email yourself a copy.
If I registered multiple people, how do they sign their digital waiver?

In some cases, participants register others under a single MyDisney account. If you have registered another adult, in addition to yourself, for an upcoming runDisney race, you will need to disassociate them from your MyDisney account so that the other individual can sign their respective waiver. To do this, you will need to follow the steps below. Once you disassociate a registration from your MyDisney account, your friend or family member will be able to manage their own registration in their MyDisney account.

  1. Log into your MyDisney account.
  2. Select “Your Upcoming Event.”
  3. Select the individual you are disassociating from your account (any adult other than yourself).
  4. You will see a prompt indicating that the other individual has not signed the waiver. Select that prompt.
  5. Enter the email address for the individual who needs to sign the waiver and select “Send Instructions.”
  6. The individual who you previously registered will now receive the digital waiver instructions and be able to sign electronically. You will no longer see that person associated with your MyDisney account.

Note: If you have registered multiple individuals, in addition to yourself, you will need to follow the same process for each individual.

What if my race registration does not appear on my account?

Do not worry—if you received a confirmation email, you are still registered for the event. If your race registration does not appear on your account, this is likely because you have multiple accounts. Please contact us with the following information and attend the Expo as planned:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Date of Birth
  • Current Address
  • Phone Number
  • If applicable, any other names or email addresses previously used
What is included in the race registration fee?
Each participant's registration includes a commemorative shirt, race bib and medal or medallion upon completion of his or her race event.
How do I know that I'm registered for a runDisney race?
Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will serve as your confirmation of registration. You can also check your Participant Account by going to Your Account Dashboard.
Does my race registration include entry into the park?
Theme park tickets must be purchased separately from your race registration. Tickets can be purchased by visiting Walt Disney World Resort online or calling (407) WDW-IRUN or (407) 939-4786.
Can I get a refund on my race entry?
No. Entry fees for runDisney events are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can I use a Disney Gift Card or Disney Rewards card to pay for my registration?
Yes! Now, you can use either a credit card, Disney Rewards card or a Disney gift card to pay for your registrations. Please keep in mind that the gift card must have sufficient balance to cover the cost of registrations, products and any donations being made.
How can I check my Disney Gift Card balance?
You can check your balance on www.DisneyGiftCard.com/Manage or call the toll-free number on the back of your Disney Gift Card.

Please make sure you have enough funds on the gift card to cover the total purchases in your cart. If the balance is inadequate, your registration will not be processed and you will not secure a spot in the event.
How can I add additional money to an existing Disney Gift Card via a credit card or another gift card?
Disney Gift Cards can be reloaded at any Disney location that sells Disney Gift Cards. You may also transfer the balance from other Disney Gift Cards online at DisneyGiftCard.com. Online reloads are not available at this time.
Can I split payment for registration between different forms of payment?
Currently, you can only use one type of payment and it must have sufficient balance to cover the entire transaction.
Do I need to register with runDisney to be a spectator at a race?
Check the Spectator section of the relevant race to find out how you can support your favorite runners on race day.
What will spectator access look like for runDisney races?
The spectator experience continues to be evaluated. We will continue to provide the latest updates on runDisney.com and in the Digital Event Guide for each race weekend closer to the event.
Will runDisney offer any early registration opportunities for their events and races?
Early registration for runDisney events, including Annual Passholders (AP) and Disney Vacation Club (DVC), will not be offered. Gold and Platinum Club runDisney Members will continue to have early registration opportunities as an entitlement of their membership level.
How do I book through a Travel Agency or through Walt Disney Travel Company?
All race registrations must be booked through runDisney.com. Guests looking for resort reservations should contact Walt Disney Travel Company or their local Travel Agency.
