I don't have a MyDisney account—why do I need one?
All runDisney events will now require Guests to have a valid MyDisney account. You can create a MyDisney account directly from the race registration form or runDisney.com.
How can I log into MyDisney account if I forget my user name or password?
From the login page of your MyDisney account, there are links provided if you forget your username or password. Simply click on the relevant link and follow the instructions.
I logged into MyDisney account and I do not have any upcoming events?
If you haven’t registered for any runDisney events yet, they will not appear in your MyDisney account. There is an option to register for upcoming events when logged into your MyDisney account. Once you are registered for an event, you will be able to manage your registration from your MyDisney account. If you believe you are already registered for an event, yet it is not appearing when logged in, contact technical support at (407) WDW-IRUN or (407) 939-4786, Option 3.
What will happen to my past runDisney race registrations in Active.com?
You will still be able to reference your past runDisney registrations in Active.com.
How do I update MyDisney account information?
When you are logged into your MyDisney account, you can select the Welcome button in the top right corner. From here a dropdown will appear. Select My Profile and a page will load, which will allow you to edit your MyDisney account information, such as email address, phone number, date of birth, password, name and address.
