What are the registration policies for Club runDisney?
Club runDisney members must be 18 years or older. Club runDisney is open to residents of the U.S. and U.S. Territories only. Member packages and Club runDisney Virtual 10K will be shipped to the physical address submitted during the event registration process. Please note: Member packages and Club runDisney Virtual 10K cannot be shipped to a PO Box or APO Box and will require a signature upon delivery.
If Club runDisney is sold out, will I have another opportunity to join?
If Club runDisney is Sold Out, Guests will have a limited opportunity to join the following year. Please stay up to date with runDisney.com for further information.
Can I upgrade my membership level?
Memberships may be transferred to a different membership level, as long as the desired membership level is not sold out. The Guest must log into their MyDisney account and select the membership they wish to transfer. Once the Guest has selected the new membership level they wish to transfer to, the Guest will be prompted to pay any difference in registration price (if any) and then a transfer processing fee will be applied.
When can I expect my Club runDisney membership package?

Can I purchase a Club runDisney Membership for someone else?
Guests are not able to purchase Club runDisney for other Guests.
When do I need to register to get my guaranteed registration for each event weekend?
To take advantage of your guaranteed registration, you must register and pay for the event within the designated early registration window for each individual event. If you do not register within the early booking window, you are not guaranteed.
What does upgraded Start Group Placement mean?
While Platinum Membership offers upgraded start group placement, pacing requirements will remain in place for top start groups. Please note, if a Platinum Club runDisney member already qualifies for a higher start group, they will remain in the higher start group.
