Bib Pick Up

Participants must attend the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo at least one day prior to their first event to pick up their race bib.

• Thursday, October 22, 2026 | 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Friday, October 23, 2026 | 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday, October 24, 2026 | 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Location: ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Walt Disney World Resort, Florida

Digital Waiver Form

All weekend participants MUST complete a waiver form for each event in which they are participating prior to arrival. You can now complete your waiver digitally! It only takes a short moment to complete. Access your MyDisney account to submit a digital waiver prior to the event.

Expo Check-in Pass

Your Check-in Pass is required to pick up your bib for each event in which you are participating. Please bring it with you to the runDisney Health and Fitness Expo. Of course, your family and friends are welcome to join you at the Expo too! Your Check-in Pass will be available to you through your MyDisney account.

Race Bib and Start Group Assignment

Each participant is assigned a race bib. Please wear the race bib centered on the front of your outermost garment. It is the responsibility of the runner to wear their bib during the race, as well as to know the following:

• In order to receive an accurate time, please confirm that your bib is:

  • Clearly visible on the front of the torso
  • Unaltered and unmodified (do not fold, wrinkle or iron)
  • Pinned in all 4 corners
  • Not covered with shirts, jackets, winter wear, runner belts, water bottles, etc.

• If a participant is seen without their bib number while running on the course, they will be removed from the course for security and safety reasons.

• The letter on your bib will determine your assigned start group. Start groups are assigned based on proof of time provided for the half marathon or your estimated finishing time. Start groups are based on anticipated pace per mile for the 5K and 10K.

• No start group changes will be made at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo or onsite at the races.

• Remember to fill out the Emergency Medical Information on the back of the bib.

gEAR Bag Check

• gEAR Bag Check is available for the 10-Miler, 10K and 5K.
• A clear plastic bag will be issued to you at Packet Pick-Up to be used for gEAR Bag Check service. No other bag will be accepted.
• At race completion, your number will be used to verify your bag when you pick it up.
• Valuable items should not be checked.
• The Event Staff is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
