Calling all running royalty! Get ready to run through your very own Kingdoms as the runDisney 2021 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend heads for a new adventure – it’s now a virtual event! Exchange your glass slippers for running shoes and dust off your tiaras as you look to experience your fairy-tale finish - right from your own neighborhood, home gym or wherever you choose to run.

Highlighting Disney Princesses with fierce and powerful qualities, runners will look forward to celebrating their own strength and perseverance over three virtual running events. Take a look at this year’s individual event themes:

Ariel reminds everyone to follow their instincts and to rely on their inner courage. Excitable and authentic, Rapunzel embodies passion in every sense of the word. Belle showcases her strength by staying true to her authentic self with poise. Tiana is determined, persevering through every challenge life has thrown at her and Moana has confidence in herself, in her abilities and in her dreams.

We are opening additional registration opportunities on September 24 at 10 a.m. ET on a limited basis for Guests who wish to participate in the virtual Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend events. All registered participants will receive an email from runDisney, and those with a valid U.S. shipping address will be given the option to transfer their event registration to the Virtual Event. Runners may opt for a refund instead.
