runDisney Cross-Training Workout: The Little Mermaid
Many runners are finding themselves with a little more at-home time these days and are looking for creative ways to keep up training. To stay motivated, we’ve got a fantastic way to keep up your marathon training… a MOVIE marathon to be exact! We’re excited to bring you workouts paired with some of your favorite Disney animated films that you can now stream on Disney+.
First up? Disney’s The Little Mermaid! There’s no need to be such a guppy when it comes to adding in cross-training exercises to your running routine. After a long run, you’ll need to spare those poor, unfortunate SOLES. What better way to flip your fins and get your body moving than with this at-home… oh what’s that word again? WORKOUT!
