AdventHealth RunPFX Running Assessments
Whether you’re a new runner, a seasoned marathoner, or somewhere in between, AdventHealth’s’s RunPFX program can help you meet your running goals, safely and more efficiently. This specialized program will provide you with the opportunity to meet 1-on-1 with a Certified Physical Therapist. Using the latest mobile motion-analysis technology, our running experts will provide a full analysis and advise on corrective exercise strategies to improve performance and avoid injuries.
For the first time, AdventHealth’s RunPFX Program will be on-site at the runDisney Health & Fitness Expo at ESPN Wide World of Sports during the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend.
