Entry Fees and Deadlines

Tinker Bell Half Marathon

  • $150 by July 17, 2012 and during the "Green Friday" Sale November 23-26, 2012
  • $165 between July 18 and September 4, 2012
  • $180 on or after September 5, 2012

Tinker Bell Half Marathon Team Category:

  • $300 by July 17, 2012 and during the "Green Friday" Sale November 23-26, 2012
  • $330 between July 18 and September 4, 2012
  • $360 on or after September 5, 2012

Never Land Family Fun Run 5K

  • $65 per participant

runDisney Kids Races

  • Dashes : $20 per child

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Entry fees for the 2013 Tinker Bell Half Marathon Weekend events are non-refundable. The transfer deadline to/from a team or individual registration is November 1, 2012. No exceptions will be made.


If you are currently registered for the 2013 Tinker Bell Half Marathon or Tinker Bell Half Marathon Two Person Team, you may transfer your registration between the half marathon and the two person team, subject to availability, on or before November 1, 2012. Transfer requests received after November 1, 2012 will not be guaranteed, nor will changes to bib information or race shirt size. Transfer requests will be assessed a $25 processing fee. Transfers are not allowed for the Never Land Family Fun Run 5K or runDisney Kids Races.

If you are currently registered for the 2013 Tinker Bell Half Marathon Two Person Team, you have until November 1, 2012 to change one Team Member. Team member change requests received after November 1, 2012 will not be guaranteed, nor will changes to bib information or race shirt size.

If you are currently registered for the 2013 Tinker Bell Half Marathon you may transfer your registration to a team entry, by November 1, 2012 (subject to availability). Transfer requests will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee.

Eligibility

Tinker Bell Half Marathon
To compete you must be 14 years of age or older.


Never Land Family Fun Run 5K
All ages are welcome to participate. Each participant must be able to complete the 5K on their own.


runDisney Kids' Races
Children 8 and under.


Pacing Requirements

All athletes entering the Tinker Bell Half Marathon or 5K must maintain a 16-minute per mile pace or faster throughout the race. Anyone not able to maintain the respective pace may be picked up and transported to the finish. You may be picked up at any point along the course and transported for not maintaining pace. It is suggested that you train at a 15-minute per mile pace.


Proof of Time

If you believe you will finish the Half Marathon in less than 2:45 hours, proof of time is required for start corral placement. Please provide proof of time at the point of registration.


Proof of time should include name of race, year, distance and time finished (i.e. 2010 Disneyland® Half Marathon - 2:25). If you do not have a proof of time to submit, list "N/A" at the point of registration. Proof of time must be provided from a race 10K or longer. All forms of proof of time must be from a race after July 1, 2010. If you do not provide proof of time you will be placed in the last start corral.


If you do not provide proof of time at the point of registration or acquire it after you have registered, then email this information to disneysports@trackshack.com before November 1, 2012. After November 1, 2012 you will need to bring proof of your estimated finish time to the Runner Relations booth at the Expo if you wish to have your start corral placement changed. If you listed a race result as proof of time when registering online, then you do not have to do anything further.

MarathonFoto photographers will be on the course and at the finish line taking your picture during the race. Remember to smile and keep your race number uncovered and in clear view. Race photos will be posted approximately one week following the event. MarathonFoto will email you your photograph proofs or you can visit their site after the race to view your race photos.

Registration Confirmation
