Here's the run that's fit for a Princess – a 13.1 mile course through the most magical place on earth including Disney's Magic Kingdom® Park and spectacular Epcot®, home of Future World and World Showcase. Princesses of every age are invited to join the fun during the Disney Princess Half Marathon weekend. Invite a girlfriend and make it a royal team effort with each Princess running to earn her very own Disney Princess Half Marathon Finisher Medal. Disney Princess Half Marathon 2-Princess Team**

Don't want to go on your magical journey alone? Grab a partner, register and run the Half Marathon together as a 2-person team! Team registration is a fun way to compete in the Princess Half Marathon with added perks for each princess on your team.

Team Registration Fee: $15 per Team

Teams can only be created after both individuals have registered and paid for the Disney Princess Half Marathon and/or the Glass Slipper Challenge.

Runners participating in the Half Marathon or Glass Slipper Challenge can sign up to be a Team to run in the Half Marathon. There is no Team division for the Disney Enchanted 10K.

Glass Slipper Challenge

Saturday, February 22 - Sunday, February 23, 2014

Start/Finish: Epcot

If you think that a half marathon is just a walk in the park, put your endurance to the test and compete in the all-new Glass Slipper Challenge! A 19.3-mile adventure held over two days, participants will run the Disney Enchanted 10K on Saturday, followed by the Disney Princess Half Marathon on Sunday. If you finish both races within the pacing requirements, you will be awarded the all-new Glass Slipper Challenge medal in addition to your Half Marathon and 10K finisher medals.

You must register for the Glass Slipper Challenge to receive the Glass Slipper Challenge medal upon completion of both races within the pacing requirements.

Glass Slipper Challenge will feature

Two courses through the Walt Disney World Resort totaling 19.3 miles
Disney Characters and Entertainment on-course
Family Reunion Area with live entertainment and characters
Event Weekend Transportation for all Walt Disney World Resort Guests

Race participants in the Glass Slipper Challenge will receive:

Coast to Coast Medal

Special Edition of the Coast to Coast Race Challenge Medal

Special in 2014, a pink edition of the Coast to Coast Race Challenge medal can be earned by running the Tinker Bell Half Marathon in January and the Disney Princess Half Marathon in February. Those who complete this combo of races will receive this newly created medal only at the Disney Princess Half Marathon.

With registration for the Disney Princess Half Marathon opening on June 11, 2013, there are a limited number of Tinker Bell Half Marathon entries available for purchase with the purchase of a Princess Half Marathon entry.

But don’t worry, if you unable to sign up for the Tinker Bell Half Marathon today, you can still earn the special pink Coast to Coast Race Challenge medal. Anyone who registers for both events is eligible to receive the special medal, so make sure you sign up early on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 when the Tinker Bell Half Marathon opens for registration.

Here's a royal opportunity for the entire family to share the magic during the Cinderella Royal Family 5K run through Epcot. Princesses of every age and their families are invited to take part in all the racing fun on a spectacular course winding through Epcot's amazing Future World and then on to international World Showcase. The run wraps up with a memory-making storybook finish perfect for a Princess and her royal court. Beginners, intermediates, even experienced racers are invited to share the magic in the Cinderella Royal Family 5K.

runDisney Kids Races

Every Prince & Princess is a Winner during the runDisney Kids Races!

Children 13 and under are invited to participate in the runDisney Kids Races taking place at Epcot on Friday and Saturday during the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend. Every prince or princess under age 13 who participates in the runDisney Kids Races gets treated royally and goes home with their very own Finisher Medallion! Encourage your prince and princess to participate and sign up for any of the Kids Dashes or the One Mile Run during this fun-filled weekend. There’s even a Diaper Dash for crawlers! Space is limited.

Parents are allowed to run with their children. The event will follow a rolling start beginning with the 100m dash followed by the 200m, 400m and Diaper Dash. The One Mile will have a separate start location and time. All distances will utilize the same finish location.

Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend Event Transportation has been arranged for those staying at select Event Host Resorts. Buses will be indicated by event transportation signs placed in the front windows and will run every 20 minutes from Walt Disney World Resorts after the 5K from 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. Any Guests leaving after 9:00 a.m. can use existing Epcot transportation to return to their Event Host Resort. Guests not staying at an Event Host Resort will need to provide their own transportation.
